Why Tea?

Searching for soul on the streets


It’s not about tea. It is about a moment in time that belongs to you. It is not about drinking an expensive blend in a fancy cafe. It is about treasuring the warmth of that familiar taste. It is about being human and grabbing a cupful of contentment from the chaos of life.


The tea seller sits proud, with his elixir brewed in a plastic container. He aims to please with his special brand of roadside tea.


He is perched high in his van, as the world around him labours away. For that instance, he is king of all he surveys, as he sips his cup of tea.


The monotony of transporting people up and down in the elevator through the day, is relieved with the daily cup of his favourite beverage.


They get by with a little help from their friends and a whole lot of invigorating tea.

Life Lesson : The smallest of pleasures elicit the largest of smiles. Look for happiness in the little things.
